Benekov Boilers
Benekov produce two boilers for the U.K. - The PL 27 and the VL 50


Competitively priced boiler systems widely used on the continent. The boiler comes with a hopper and delivery system suitable for wood pellets and other dry biomass such as waste corn. Delivering water at 65 - 90 oC. Conforming to EU norm EN 303-5 and delivering a combustion efficiency of up to 85 %.

A range of compact pellet boiler and hopper systems of simple robust construction. Large access air tight doors to the combustion chamber and ash tray making boiler maintenance simple. The External motors and primary air fan are easily accessed for maintenance. The attached hopper allows for up to 10 days running with out refilling.

Combustion control is by Lambda O2 monitoring in the flue gas system. The control system can be linked to a standard thermostatic control system to either supply hot water direct to radiator system or via a thermastore and integrating with other hot water sources. For complete piece of mind the system is supplied with a water based burn back fire extinguisher system.
Fuel supply

Manco Energy Ltd. can supply direct or through a network of distributors wood pellets in bag and bulk throughout the UK.

The VL 50 can also be provided with a conversion kit to enable it to use grain as its fuel source.

A auger mechanism for supply of fuel from a bulk store can also be supplied.
